Within this test shoot i decided to incorporate the use age of butterflies. I discovered that these emphasised the colour usage of the make-up and began to provide a link between beauty/nature/natural. Within the class tutorial i was given feedback on to looking in to how butterflies use their colours and how this links to my usage of colour; attraction. Also how to link beauty/nature together to create my mystical scene.

Within this shoot i incorporated butterflies and glitter. I took in to consideration the tutorial feedback and used these props in order to transform my model in to a mystical creature appearance. I used the butterflies to link in with the make-up, portray a woodland creature relationship and to represent the colour balance of attraction. I added glitter to add extra depth. The positions of the butterflies help represent these ideas.

After feedback given on the shoot above; make-up is acting as a mask, woodland creatures/presence prevailed. I decided to add the use age of feathers and create a mask in order to provoke idea of a mystical creature. This was successful as all the colours linked together and transformed my idea hugely. These images began to transform my idea.

i re-created the scenes and props from the shoot before due to images not being technically correct. However i also incorporated fairy wings and a backdrop within this shoot to develop the scene further and make the model a fairy in order to help with the advertising purposes which was suggested within another group tutorial. However these were to strong of an interpretation and were not what i wanted to capture as they were to much of a physical transformation.

For my final shoot, i collaborated with a model and make-up artist within a studio. I also used glitter, butterflies and feathers within this shoot and added fairy ears to my model. The use of a make-up artist helped me transform my model physically. However the make-up was a huge transformation from the style i has been using however it worked. The whole presence of the model was transformed. I added ears to help this transformation. I used the butterflies and glitter to help produce my link between nature and beauty. This was the most successful shoot.
