Advanced techniques and process 2A – Exposure development

The aim of this shoot was to test exposure times using Christmas lights. I have photographed various locations for this experiment, both inside and outdoors.

This task was successful. I have discovered that within an indoor location a longer exposure is needed to catch the full affect of the lights however this is also due to the lights been small and not a very strong power source.
The outdoor light needed a much faster exposure, its was one main focus point and surrounded by pitch black outside, the light source was also much stronger than the lights inside.
